Acoustic and Weather Enclosures
ASL manufacture a variety of weather enclosures and acoustic enclosures. They vary from small hoods up to large walk-in type enclosures, all enclosures are fabricated from pre-galvanised mild steel sheet and are also available in stainless steel, aluminium and GRP.
ASL have manufactured enclosures from small mobile pump enclosures to large walk in type enclosures for a training area at Toyota – Derby and acoustic tunnel enclosures for the paint line at Jaguar – Castle Bromwich.
Weather Enclosures
ASL Weather Enclosures are constructed from pre-galvanised mild steel single skin with formed returns that are welded or screwed together for strength and rigidity to give a normal panel thickness of 50mm. The internal surfaces can be lined with black closed cell thermal polyethylene foam to reduce condensation. Ventilation louvres are included as standard. Addition options included lift-off doors, hinged doors, windows, frost heaters, etc. All enclosures come with a natural finish as standard or can be powder coated to a standard RAL/BS no.

Acoustic Enclosure
ASL Acoustic Enclosures are lined with an acoustic Infill which is retained by an inner skin of pre-galvanised perforated inner sheet, alternatively acoustic foam can be used to line the panels. Standard Panel are 50mm, 75mm and 100mm Thick. There are many options available, these include, Lift-off panels, hinged doors, sliding doors, windows, forced ventilation, etc
